Training, not therapy
You know what you don’t want. Do you know what you do want?
Coach Kontra helps you go from wishes to a goal, and from a goal to the first step. Short lessons, exercises you fill in yourself, and a coach who asks follow-up questions. No fluff. No excuses.
Training, not therapy.
The wheel of life
Eight areas, now and in 90 days. Free, in about fifteen minutes.
Make your wheel of lifeWhy Coach Kontra
Personal development works best with a guide. Not everyone can afford a coach, or finds the time to start one.
Affordable
Personal coaching or training is often a bridge too far, in money or in effort. Here you get the structure of a real course for a fraction of the cost.
Feedback at any moment
An AI coach built for these exercises reads what you write and answers right away, with follow-up questions that make you think deeper. No waiting for an appointment.
It carries you
A book is good, but you have to start the exercises yourself. Here you are guided step by step, and the coach keeps you moving.
Do it again when life changes
Come back, do the exercises again and change your answers, whenever something else is holding you back.

What makes the method different
From what you don’t want to what you do want
Most people know what they no longer want. The course turns that into what you do want, in words you can act on.
What do you still want in life?
Freedom, calm, a life that fits you. The exercises start from what you feel and end with words and a first step.
Exercises that answer back
You do not just watch, you do. Sliders, charts, sorting and writing, each with direct feedback.
Start free: the wheel of life shows you in about fifteen minutes where you stand.
The method
How it works
Insight
First you see where you stand and what you really want. You look at eight areas of your life and at what matters to you.
Focus
Then you sharpen the goal: positive, specific and yours, with a date and a reason.
Action
Then you take the first step, within 24 hours. And the second. With a plan for 90 days.

The AI coach
A coach who asks follow-up questions, not a yes-man
In the fill-in exercises you write your own answer. The AI coach gives critical feedback and asks a question when it is still vague. Change your answer and the coach looks again and says what improved and what is still open. You can always choose ‘Save as is’.
- 1You write. Your answer, in your own words.
- 2The coach asks. One question at a time, short and specific.
- 3You adjust. The coach looks again and says what improved and what is still open.
- 4You save. When it is sharp enough, or when you choose ‘Save as is’.
The AI coach and feedback are included for 12 months with your course, with a daily limit. After that you can optionally renew them.
